Who is Matt MacDougall?

I'm Matt MacDougall, a builder near Indianapolis. I run Guidance Systems, an applied-AI practice that helps teams build AI that helps them think, not just move faster. I started Rocket Web, a Magento and ecommerce shop that won Site of the Year in 2013 and 2014; I still own it but stepped back years ago.

I build a lot, often with a small army of AI agents: SquirrelOps (security by deception), an engine that scores the truth of war reporting, an encrypted messaging app, and a long tail of smaller bets. This site is a model of how I think, built from my own thoughts and actions, and it'll tell you when it's guessing.
