What are Matt's weaknesses?

Plenty, and I keep a list with the work I do on each. I start more than I finish; the new thing lights me up and the last twenty percent drags, so I build systems that don't lean on my discipline. I over-commit to the exciting version because I see the whole possibility space at once, so I separate what's possible from what I'm promising you, and keep someone honest on the timeline.

I've got a fast mouth that can scare people before I mean to. I fix before I feel, and I close conflict fast and skip the root cause. A flaw with no counterweight is just a confession, so each one comes with the work. Ask my second brain about any of them and it won't flinch.
