I go away, map what you actually have versus what you think you have, and come back with a small concrete thing that proves the direction before you spend real money. The first deliverable is deliberately narrow: one workflow, one audit, one working prototype. We earn the next step from there. And if it turns out you don't need me, I'll tell you.
