MM-ANSWER / ANSWER

Does my business actually need an AI strategy?

Probably not the kind most people are selling. Most "AI strategy" engagements are a tax on indecision: a long discovery deck that's safe to produce and scary to act on. You'll learn more from one ugly working prototype in two weeks than from a quarter of meetings.

What you actually need is to pick one expensive decision you make badly, or one painful repeated task, and aim AI at making it better. Start there, prove it, then widen. If someone wants to sell you a six-month strategy before building anything, ask what you'll have at the end that you couldn't get from shipping one real thing first. That's the conversation I'd rather have with you. Let's talk.
