MM-ANSWER / ANSWER

What does "AI that helps you think, not just move faster" mean?

Most AI gets sold as a speed-up: same work, fewer minutes. That's fine until you're just doing a bad thing faster. The version I care about changes what you decide, not just how fast you type.

Here's the difference in one example. A team wants AI to auto-answer support tickets. The move-faster version bolts an LLM on the queue and watches satisfaction quietly tank. The think version treats the tickets as a sensor, clusters them, surfaces what's actually breaking in the product, and routes the top failure modes to whoever can fix the root cause. Same raw material, completely different leverage. One saves minutes. The other changes what you build next quarter.
