What do you let AI agents do on their own?

A lot of private, reversible work: research, implementation in an isolated checkout, review, and preparation. Requiring permission for every small step would put me back in the middle of all the work. The boundary changes when an action reaches a customer, production, a public claim, or material data.

There I want a concrete, reviewable result, evidence, the right person's approval, and a way back. Preparing a change doesn't authorize publishing it. Passing a test doesn't establish that the deployed workflow works. I keep those steps explicit because the useful measure is work I can trust, with less correction and rework.
