What's the first step to using AI in my business?
The first step is picking one expensive decision you make badly, or one painful repeated task, and pointing AI at making just that one better. Most people start from the tool. They buy a hammer and go hunting for nails, and end up with AI theater.
Start from the decision instead. Then build the smallest real version this week. Don't wait for a perfect plan. One ugly working prototype teaches you more than a quarter of meetings about strategy. And resist rolling it out company-wide on day one. Prove it on one workflow, measure it, then widen. If you want help picking the right first decision, let's talk.
