What is changing at Rocket Web?

Merchant ownership is the center of it: your code, your data, and your ability to change direction. The phrase on the site is "No license fee, all capability." That doesn't mean implementation and operation cost nothing. It means the tools and the relationship should serve the merchant.

We can maintain Adobe Commerce when it fits or help a merchant move to Mage-OS when that makes sense. We're contributing public tools through Mage-OS Lab, including feeds, a NetSuite connector, and newer search work. Our process is Decide, Build, Prove, Measure, with senior engineers accountable for the result. A CEO still runs Rocket Web day to day; I contribute to the direction, tools, and engineering methods.
