How do you price AI work?

Value to you, not hours from me. I anchor on what the outcome is worth to your business and what it'd cost you to get it wrong, then work backward. Hourly billing punishes me for being fast and good, which is the whole point.

The work ranges widely, from focused five-figure projects to large six-figure builds, because the problems range that wide. If a cheap off-the-shelf tool solves your problem, I'll point you to it instead of selling you a build. The money I leave on the table is the cheapest marketing I've got.
