How does one person build so much with AI?

I lean on a small army of AI agents to ship more than one person normally could, and I'll have a dozen projects going in a single month.

A few things make it work. I build now and iterate instead of waiting for a perfect plan; AI let me trade doing it right the first time for getting something real out and tweaking it. I keep a memory that isn't tied to one platform, so my context moves with me no matter which model I'm using. I re-ask the same questions on a cadence, because the models keep getting better and what wasn't possible last month often is now. And I'm not precious; I'll rebuild a tool from scratch if that beats fixing it. None of it is magic. It's a system, run with discipline, that turns thinking into shipped things. If you want your team working this way, let's talk, it's a chunk of what I do.
